1. Donate online. It's easy! Just click the "Click Here to Donate Now" button found in the upper right hand corner on every page on this website and follow the instructions to make a secure online donation.

2. Write a check. Follow this time-honored tradition and send your check, made payable to "A Woman's Place" to us at P.O. Box 299, Doylestown, PA 18901.

3. Use your credit card. Rack up those extra miles or points and call Gail Rubenstein at 215.343.9241 ext. 113 to make your credit card donation today!

4. Join your company's matching gift program. Maximize your gift by asking your human resource manager if your company has a matching gift program.

5. Make a tribute or memorial gift. Honor or memorialize an individual or special occasion with your gift to AWP. Contact Gail Rubenstein at 215.343.9241 ext.113 to learn more.

6. Host a house party. Help your friends become our friends and widen our circle of committed supporters by inviting them to your home to learn about AWP. Our staff will help you with all the details. Call Gail Rubenstein at 215.343.9241 ext. 113 to learn more.

7. Direct Your United Way gift. AWP is a member agency of United Way. To direct your United Way of Bucks County gift to AWP, write in our name and address: A Woman's Place, P.O. Box 299, Doylestown, PA 18901. For United Way of Southeastern PA (Philadelphia and Montgomery counties), the AWP code is 592. For United Way of Tri-County (northern New Jersey), the AWP code is 003191. For all other United Way chapters, please write in AWP's name and address.

  • Gift Certificates: movie theater, supermarkets, K-Mart, Sears, drug stores, gas cards
  • Household Products: laundry and dish soap, fabric softener, trash bags, household cleaners, paper towels, brooms, mops, light bulbs
  • Personal Products: cosmetics, hair and skin products, feminine hygiene products, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, diapers (size 4 and 5)
  • New Linens: mattress pads, plastic mattress pads, pillows, twin and full-size sheets, bath towels, winter blankets 
  • Medications: cold/flu/allergy medications, Tylenol, Advil, antacids, vitamins
  • Foods: juice boxes, school snacks, vegetable oil, canned chili, canned pasta
